Control Access was able to get the pool gate to release. So the pool area is open. So sorry for the inconvenience.

SIREN TESTING: Forsyth County EMA is adding five additional outdoor severe weather sirens throughout the County (bringing the total number of sirens to 22) and will be testing the sirens tomorrow in the late morning and early afternoon.
**These are tests and not warnings for severe weather.**

Due to a power surge the gate system to the pool is not working. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. We will keep you posted.

We received updated information in regard to our gate system. It’s going to take several more weeks before it is repaired. Some of the critical components are on backorder from the manufacturer.

Morning all, On July 13th at approximately 7:50 p.m. our gate system was struck by lightning. The parts have been ordered and we hope to have the system up and running soon.
As July 21st is National Hotdog day, The Hotdog Ninja will be giving away 200 free hotdogs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

A resident found a folding cell phone in the neighborhood. The owner’s name is Olumide Adejayan. It is locked so that is the only information we have. If you know this person, please let me know.

Hi neighbors……..the pool is sparkling…..and so nice and warm. The hours are 7 am til 9 pm.

The fitness center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please follow guidelines posted.

The HOA is sponsoring monthly ice cream treats. Join us at the clubhouse or listen for the truck as it moves thru the neighborhood. See schedule below:

FREE ICE CREAM……. June 12, 11:00 a.m. July 10, 11:00 a.m. August 14, 11:00 a.m. September 11, 11:00 a.m. October 9, 11:00 a.m. Limit 1 per person.

Now….for a little housekeeping….please remember the Clubhouse parking lot is for residents working out, swimming or clubhouse rentals. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
