When you purchase a home in Stonebrooke Commons you become bound by the obligations and responsibilities of these covenants established in 2003, so it is important that you read the Declaration, Bylaws and Design Guidelines. Many misunderstandings can be avoided by becoming knowledgeable about the content of these documents. Copies of these documents can be found on this site.
