ButterflyMX Gate System Update

Dear Stonebrooke Commons Residents/Tenants,

We are excited to announce that our new ButterflyMX gate access system will be installed in the coming weeks!

Tenant Information Needed

At this time, we are collecting information for all tenants. We currently have approximately 50% of the required information on file.

If you are an owner with tenants, please email info@stonebrookecommons.org with the following for each tenant:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Updated lease / Registration Form

Our goal right now is simply to ensure everyone has access when the new system goes live.

Important: Please Wait Before Downloading the App

Once your information has been entered into the system, ButterflyMX will send you an email containing:

  • A link to download the ButterflyMX app
  • Your one-time login credentials

Please DO NOT download the ButterflyMX app until you receive this email.

Access Options

Once the system is activated, residents will be able to access the entrance gate using:

  • ButterflyMX mobile app
  • RFID credential
  • Key fob
  • Personal 6-digit entry code (automatically assigned during registration and can be changed afterward)

The pedestrian gate, pool, and fitness center will only work with the new key fob. 

Current Access Devices

Please note that your current gate remotes, gate key cards, and gate entry codes will no longer work once ButterflyMX is activated.

Additional information, including setup instructions and details on how the system will operate, will be provided as we get closer to deployment.

At this time, the Board is unable to answer individual questions regarding the operation of the new system, as final implementation is still in progress. We kindly ask that you hold your questions until additional information is distributed.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we transition to this new access system.

Your help in providing complete tenant information now will ensure a smooth rollout for everyone.
