Hi neighbors……..the pool is sparkling…..and so nice and warm. The hours are 7 am til 9 pm.

The fitness center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please follow guidelines posted.

The HOA is sponsoring monthly ice cream treats. Join us at the clubhouse or listen for the truck as it moves thru the neighborhood. See schedule below:

FREE ICE CREAM……. June 12, 11:00 a.m. July 10, 11:00 a.m. August 14, 11:00 a.m. September 11, 11:00 a.m. October 9, 11:00 a.m. Limit 1 per person.

The clubhouse is available for rentals. You can find rental information at www.stonebrookecommons.org

July 21 is National hotdog day so we have reserved the *Hotdog Ninja* to be at the clubhouse from 5p.m. to 7 p.m.

Now….for a little housekeeping….please remember the Clubhouse parking lot is for residents working out, swimming or clubhouse rentals. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

In addition, remember to fill out an ARC form if you plan any exterior modifications. The form can be found here.
