The Stonebrooke Commons HOA and Waste Management have partnered to provide the residents with the most thorough trash and recycling service available at a group rate for the neighborhood.  Residents will benefit with a reduction in truck traffic while receiving maximum benefits for each homeowner.

Establishing Service

One-Hauler Capability

Waste Management will provide Stonebrooke Commons all of its waste services needs, including trash collection, recycling, and yard waste handling and disposal. Customers are given a 96-gallon cart for trash as well as an 18-gallon bin for recycling.

• WM will recycle glass (all colors), plastics #1-7 (including water bottles, cartons, detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, Tupperware, microwave dishes, some plastic toys), all paper (including newspaper, magazines, phone books, envelopes, junk mail, office paper, wrapping paper, cereal boxes, shoe boxes), and tin & aluminum cans.
• We also offer residents the option of a larger, 64-gallon recycling cart for recycling with a lid that will help contain all of these recycled items! This option is $2/month.
• Waste Management will take up to 8 additional bags of trash or yard waste each pickup day (or smaller items that one person could easily pick up) at no additional charge.

Added Benefits

• WM is providing free service for your pool area. This will include recycling carts for the plastic and glass bottles at your pool area.
• WM will provide a free annual “Spring Cleaning Box” for the neighborhood.
• WM has partnered with the Atlanta Braves to offer our customers ½ price ticket deals to home games. Information on this deal comes in the first invoice.

The neighborhood rate is $14/month (with no fuel surcharge) for trash and recycling services. An optional larger (64-gallon) recycling cart is $2/month if residents find the standard 18-gallon recycling bin provided is insufficient for the amount of items they recycle.
